The Sounding Board is currently being developed. It will be a structured, facilitated group of six to eight founders meeting weekly for 90 minutes - not a loose chat or a networking event, but a focused environment where you bring real challenges and leave with clear next steps.

What it will include
A peer group who get it
Not networking contacts or LinkedIn connections, but people in the same arena, facing similar challenges, who will tell you the truth rather than what you want to hear.
Real accountability
Not the motivational kind. The kind where you say what you are going to do this week, and next week someone asks whether you did it.
A board of advisors
Big companies have boards. Early-stage founders have themselves. The decisions are just as consequential, but there is no room to think them through with people who have relevant experience.
